Sandra Torres-Zwolinski is an Emmy Award-winning journalist with nearly two decades of experience as a reporter and content producer in television news. A passionate bilingual storyteller, she has dedicated her career to amplifying diverse voices and bridging cultures through compelling narratives. Most recently, Sandra worked as a reporter for NBC Chicago and Telemundo Chicago, where she covered stories that resonated with both English- and Spanish-speaking audiences.

Her journey in broadcast journalism began in 2006, after graduating from Illinois State University with a bachelor’s degree in mass communication and a minor in Spanish.

Born and raised in Cali, Colombia, Sandra moved to Chicago’s Northwest suburbs as a teenager. This experience shaped her perspective and deepened her commitment to telling stories that reflect the immigrant experience and multicultural communities.

Now, as the founder of Torres Bilingual Media, Sandra brings her expertise and passion to a new chapter. Her mission is to help organizations, brands, and individuals connect with audiences in both English and Spanish through authentic, impactful storytelling.
